Take complete control of edge computing, fleet management and industrial IoT at the most demanding sites. The owa5x is Owasys' most powerful platform — a fully-featured Linux computer in a rugged IP67/IP6K9K enclosure built to withstand dust, water immersion and high-pressure steam cleaning.

Powered by an i.MX8 M Plus quad-core processor at 1.6 GHz with up to 4 GB RAM, optional Neural Processing Unit for AI/ML at the edge, and a full Debian or Yocto Linux environment. Global 4G LTE Cat 4 connectivity, multi-constellation GNSS with dead reckoning, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.2, and up to 4x CAN-FD SIC buses make the owa5x the most connected and versatile gateway in the Owasys family.

A massive set of interfaces — 12 digital I/O, 4 analog inputs, RS232/RS485, USB 3.0, and Single Pair Ethernet — combined with a 6-axis accelerometer/gyroscope give you everything you need for advanced telematics, SCADA, condition monitoring and autonomous vehicle applications.
