owa44A

The most fully-featured gateway in the owa4x family. The owa44A comes loaded with every interface the platform offers as standard — 4x CAN bus (including CAN-FD), 2x K-Line, RS232, RS485, USB, Ethernet, audio codec and iButton — making it the go-to choice for complex telematics and industrial applications that demand maximum connectivity.

With an ARM Cortex A8 processor, global 4G LTE Cat 4, multi-constellation GNSS, a programmable accelerometer and optional 9-axis MEMS with dead reckoning, the owa44A handles everything from advanced fleet management to condition monitoring and voice-enabled field applications.

All housed in a rugged IP67 glass-reinforced polyester enclosure designed for harsh environments from -40 to +70°C. Runs full Debian Linux — programmable in C, Python and more.

Cybersecurity by design: optional TPM 2.0 and optional WiFi 802.11ac / Bluetooth 4.2 round out the platform.

The owa44A is the top-tier variant of the owa4x family with all interfaces included as standard. Optional features: WiFi/BT 4.2, 9-axis MEMS (incompatible with CAN 4), TPM 2.0, 2nd USB (no external access with IP67 cover), MFF2 SIM, and Li-Ion backup batteries (3,350 or 13,400 mAh). K-Line and RS485 cannot operate simultaneously (SW selected). Contact your VYNZE account manager for exact configuration.
