The Avior ECO (2904.GL.NB) is a low-power DIN rail-mounted cellular controller with built-in GNSS positioning, designed for remote monitoring and control of mobile assets, off-grid sites, and solar-powered installations where both location tracking and energy budget matter. This version runs on a 9–27 VAC / 9–35 VDC wide-range power supply and includes built-in 2G/3G/4G cellular connectivity for primary connection. A factory-installed Li-Poly backup battery provides 15 minutes to 6 hours of operation during power loss. It combines 6 digital inputs, 4 analog inputs, and 4 relay outputs with an embedded web server, Modbus, MQTT, and HTTP support — enabling local and remote control without additional middleware. Alerts can be sent via SMS, call, email, chat, HTTP, or MQTT on any local event.
The integrated multi-constellation GNSS receiver (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou) tracks up to 55 satellites with better than 2.5 m accuracy. Like the rest of the ECO family, this unit has no WiFi or Bluetooth — it operates exclusively over cellular and supports Sleep (30 mW) and Hibernate (0.8 mW) low-power modes. Analog inputs accept 0–10 V, 0–20 mA, or NTC signals (±2% accuracy); relay outputs are rated 3 A / 250 VAC. The unit fits a 4-module DIN EN-50022 rail, is rated IP40, and operates from −20 °C to +60 °C.
Note: Cellular requires a microSIM (3FF, 3 V / 1.8 V) — not included. A GNSS antenna with SMA male connector is required for satellite positioning and is sold separately.
